You may be worried or frightened about talking to someone about your relationship, but this may be the first step to supporting you to get the help and support you need.
Help and support doesn’t necessarily need to come from a professional service, domestic abuse charity or organisation, or the police – you can consider talking to trusted friends or family members too.
